Meet-up Schedules

Meet-up are normally held at Jurong East MRT station (outside Popular Bookstore Main entrance) and Lakeside MRT station (outside Mr.Bean Stall) on Saturdays and Sundays from 9.30am to 10.30am, unless otherwise stated in the meet-up schedule. So it's safer for you to check the schedule and pick a suitable day. Additional meet-up locations may be added but subjected to our convenience.

If you are unable to make it for the make-up on that day, please sms us with your purchase order code with the number given to you in the confirmation email at least 3 hours before the stated time. Items ordered will be released back for sale if you choose not to email us with the second meet-up session within 3 days from the first meet-up date If payment is made beforehand, it will be refunded but at $3 less for processing.

1. Funds Transfer

We will email you our account number together with the confirmation email. Please note that you are required to make the full payment within 3 days after the confirmation email is sent out. After the transaction, please email or sms us your Purchase Confirmation Code (given in confirmation email), transaction date and time and reference number. Please remember to contact us by email or sms on the same day of your payment. Note that we will not be responsible if you made payment to the wrong account number. We will only send out the goods after we receive payment from you.

2. Cash on Delivery

Meet-ups will normally be conducted on Saturdays and Sundays between 9.30am to 10.30am outside Jurong East popluar main entrace unless otherwise stated. Be sure to check the meet-up schedule here If you think that the stipulated dates and times are not suitable for you, you can email us your preferred date and time range for the meet-up together with your order and we'll contact you as soon as possible through email or through phone.

Please bring exact cash for the meet-up. Also note that if you are unable to make it for the scheduled meet-up, we will require you to sms us your Purchase Confirmation Code and inform us that you'll not be turning up.

We will allow you to reschedule for a 2nd meet-up within 3 days after the failed first meet-up and it will cost you and additional $3 to do so. We will allow only a maximum of 2 failed meet-ups before we blacklist you. Also, if you fail to rescheule for a 2nd meet-up, we'll release the goods back for sale. So, choose the dates wisely. =)

1. Confirmation of orders

All successful submission of email orders will be acknowledged with a confirmation email with Purchase Confirmation Code (PCC) within 3 days. If items ordered are unavailable, an email will be sent to the customer for further action. If by the fourth day you still did not receive any confirmation email from us, please email us again for we might have missed your order.

2. Prices

All prices stated are in SGD and are exclusive of postage. Additional Postage costs applies.

3. Pre-order

Please use the pre-order form for any pre-orders. Kindly note that your pre-order will only be confirmed when you make your full payment to us after the confirmation email has been sent out. It will take us about 2 weeks or even more for us to deliver the pre-ordered goods to you, depending on the number of orders we have received. We will only be able to let you know the exact date of delivery through email again after the items are ready.

4. Exchange and refunds

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

5. Cancellation of orders

We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to delivery the goods within the agreed timeframe. Cancellations once confirmed and submitted by the customer will not be entertained.

Lastly, kindly note that orders are processed on a first-come-first-serve basis and the prices for all the goods are fixed. We do not do exchange of items. =)
